In manufacturing, as in all things, the start is critical to ensure the quality of the final product.

Handling in-house requests for all items from laser cut components to profiled and shot blasted blanks. More complex products are handled thanks to a policy of constant modernisation. CNC lasers handle a variety of materials from stainless steel to plastics up to a thickness of 15mm with perfect precision.

Our flat bed lasers are capable of accepting sheets sizes of 3m x 1.5m in size, while our high speed tube laser handles tube up to 100mm in diameter. For heavier products our multi-headed CNC Gas Profiler can cut steel up to a thickness of 150mm accurately and quickly. The CNC Turret Punch handles the lighter sheet metal requirements. Polydon also have, in-house, fully automated saws and guillotines.
